Welcome to Tide N Tails. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Tide N Tails website and your purchase of products and live aquatic livestock from Tide N Tails LLC.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. General

Tide N Tails LLC reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service
  • Refuse or cancel an order
  • Limit quantities
  • Correct product or pricing errors
  • Modify product availability
  • Modify website content
  • Update these Terms

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe our products.

Live animals are living organisms and naturally vary in:

  • Size
  • Color
  • Pattern
  • Sex
  • Shape
  • Grade
  • Behavior

Product photographs are intended to represent the livestock being offered but do not guarantee that every individual will look identical.

3. Live Animals

Customers acknowledge that purchasing and transporting live aquatic animals carries inherent risks.

Customers are responsible for providing appropriate aquarium conditions, acclimating livestock properly, and maintaining appropriate water quality.

4. Breeding

Tide N Tails does not guarantee breeding success, offspring quantity, offspring appearance, or specific genetic outcomes.

5. Legal Compliance

Customers are responsible for determining whether livestock may legally be purchased, possessed, transported, or kept at their location.

Tide N Tails reserves the right to refuse orders involving restricted species or destinations.

Customers must not release aquarium livestock into natural waterways or other environments where doing so would violate applicable law.

6. Shipping

Live livestock is shipped Monday through Wednesday under our Shipping Policy.

Weather holds and other shipment delays may occur when necessary to protect livestock.

7. Payment

Orders must be paid in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed upon by Tide N Tails.

8. Intellectual Property

Website content, photographs, logos, graphics, branding, written material, and other original content belonging to Tide N Tails may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

9. Limitation of Responsibility

Tide N Tails is not responsible for circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, extreme weather, incorrect customer addresses, theft after delivery, customer aquarium conditions, improper acclimation, or other circumstances described in our applicable policies.

10. Policy Agreement

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Tide N Tails Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.
